Technical Director
　 The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager . He/she will supervise a team of professionals inclusive of 8 engineers from the Engineering Department and 15 QC from the QC Department.
Specific Responsibilities:

• Implementation of mechanization programs for better efficiency our factories located Gangzhou, Zhuzhou, Tianjian in PRC.
• Responsible for factories' facility and equipment adjustments.
• Innovations and yield improvements.
• Preventative maintenance of machinery.
• Equipment selection, commissioning, debugging and fabrication.
• Establishing processes for troubleshooting and control.
• Labor and machine standards.
• Material, part and work flow layout.
• Production line balancing
• Maintenance and tool repair.
• Factories' maintenance.

• A good honor degree in Engineering or related disciplines, preferably in Electronics or Manufacturing
• Experience in process or system auditing, knowledge of SPC & FMEA techniques
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in consumer electronics industry
• Hands-on computer skills, good presentation and convincing skills
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin beneficial
• Highly analytical, self-driven, taking ownership
• Accustomed to frequent traveling
